The City of Livermore's Down Payment Assistance (DPA) Loans provide a second mortgage loan for first time homebuyers who desire to live in the City of Livermore. These loans provide down-payment and closing cost assistance for low- to moderate-income households.

Term: Deferred payments for 30 years

ACBOOST offers up to $210K in down payment assistance.
CalHFA offers affordable First Mortgages, down payment and/or closing cost assistance.
Provides first-time homebuyers with a federal income tax credit which increases their ability to qualify for a mortgage. The amount of the tax credit is equal to 10% or 15% of the homebuyer’s annual mortgage interest paid.
The program provides eligible homebuyers with $25,000 to use toward down payment and/or closing costs. The NeighborhoodLIFT® program, a collaboration between Wells Fargo and NeighborWorks® America.
