Administrative Services
The Administrative Services Department is comprised of four divisions: Finance, Human Resources, Information Technology, and Cybersecurity. The Administrative Services Department is responsible for providing a number of administrative and support services to all of the City's operating departments, City Council, Commissions, City Manager, employees, and Livermore residents.
These services include accounting, budgeting, treasury services, financial reporting, purchasing, payroll, employee and labor relations, benefit administration, recruitment, information technology deployment and management, and support the governance of information and technology.
