Veterans Park will provide open space between workforce housing buildings at the northwest corner of Livermore Village, between North Livermore Avenue and L Street.

During public outreach for Downtown Core Developemnt, open space and parks was identified as one of the top priorities. Veterans Park will provide complimentary open space to Stockman's Park and add additional open space to the Downtown.

Project Schedule and Status

Current Status: Updated preliminary design received, still need to go to Planning Commission for entitlement. Entitlement and final design on hold until Eden plans approved. City to construct park once Eden buildings are vertical.

Project Design: Design in progress, expected to be complete July 2025.

Project Construction: Construction expected begin January 2027.
