Power for Veterans Way and Stockmen's Park is currently being fed from the transformer that used to serve the demolished shopping center. This equipment is on a parcel that is going to be developed for housing and needs to be removed.

The joint trench will allow AT&T & PG&E (gas and electric) equipment to be placed in one trench between L Street and K Street which will serve the L Street Garage, Veteran's Way, Stockmen's Park, Veterans Park, trash enclosure, and remediation system.

Project Schedule and Status

Current Status: Main joint trench to serve garage is under construction. The primary conduits have been installed and PG&E is scheduled to install the wires and transformers September 10 - September 12, 2024.

Project Design: Completed

Project Construction: Construction in progress, expected to be completed in March 2025.
