Effective April 11, 2022, all City of Livermore Advisory Bodies will return to in-person meetings.  

Public Comment Instructions

1. View the current advisory body agenda to see the location and time of the meeting.
2. To provide public comment, all speakers need to submit a speaker card for each item.
   • Meetings held in the William H. Mendenhall Room or City Council Chambers, speaker cards are available in the Civic Center Meeting Hall lobby.
   • Livermore Area Youth Advisory Commission, speaker cards are available outside the Sycamore Room.
   • Livermore Housing Authority speaker cards are available a the West Wing Entrance. 
     • Submit your speaker card in the box at the West Wing Entrance. Cards are collected prior to the start of an item. 
   • Indicate on the card the item number you wish to comment on.
   • Submit the card directly to the staff liaison prior to the the start of the item.
   • Speakers may not submit a card for other speakers.
   • Speakers are called in the order cards are received.
   • When you are called to speak, please approach the podium.
   • Speakers will have 3 minutes to speak. The Chair may reduce the amount of time based on the number of persons wishing to speak.
3. To provide public written comments prior to the meeting by email, see the current agenda for contact information and cut off times. Comments are provided to the Advisory Body membership in a Supplemental Packet prior to the meeting. Public comments via email are NOT read into the record.
4. eComments* may be submitted by the public using the eComment link here. Comments may be up to
   1000 characters in length and will be accepted up to one hour before the start of the meeting. These items will NOT be read into the record and are viewable by the the Commission and the public upon submittal.

* eComments do not apply to the Livermore Housing Authority.
