Payment Options for Livermore Municipal Water & Sewer Service Bills
Livermore Municipal Water customers receive monthly water bills from the City of Livermore. The City also sends monthly sewer service bills to non-residential properties. Customers can pay Livermore Municipal Water and sewer service bills using any of the following options.
Option 1: Pay Online
The easiest way to pay your utility bill is by using the City of Livermore's online bill pay portal. This portal accepts Visa, Mastercard, Amex, and ACH payments and allows customers to enroll in paperless billing.
Customers can use the portal to make a one-time payment or enroll in automatic bill payment using a debit card, credit card, or bank account. Payments made with a debit or credit card will be charged a convenience fee.
Option 2: Pay by Mail or Online Banking
To pay your bill by mail or through online banking, send the payment to:

Checks and money orders should be made payable to "City of Livermore" and have the utility account number written on them. Do not send cash.
Option 3: Pay In-Person
Customers can pay their utility bill 24/7 by placing checks or money orders in the white drop box in front of the Livermore Police Department (1110 S. Livermore Avenue). Checks and money orders should be made payable to "City of Livermore" and have the utility account number written on them. Do not put cash in the drop box.
Customers can also pay their utility bill at Livermore City Hall (1052 S. Livermore Avenue) Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. The Utility Billing Counter is located on the second story of City Hall. Checks, money orders, credit and debit cards, and cash payments are accepted at the Utility Billing Counter. Payments made with a debit or credit card will be charged a convenience fee.
