The VA Palo Alto Health Care System’s mobile medical outreach unit will be at the Civic Center Library parking lot, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., on Thursday, June 20, 2024.

Medical provider(s) will be on-site to provide examinations, consultations, and referrals to veterans enrolled in the VA Palo Alto Health Care System. No appointment is necessary!  Veterans who have not enrolled or are uncertain about their eligibility for medical and/or mental health services are encouraged to visit the outreach team as they can help answer their questions. Veterans who are currently not enrolled in the VA system should bring a copy of their DD-214 form. 

Veterans can also apply for VA Health Care online by visiting www.va.gov/health-care/apply/application/introduction.

All ages can join the fun and sign up (if you haven't already) for Summer Learning at Livermore.beanstack.org or on the Beanstack app. Paper gameboards are also available at all Livermore Library locations.

Summer Learning runs until August 14, 2024. Participants who track their reading and activities have a chance to win prizes. Everyone receives a free book just for signing up. Thanks to Friends of the Livermore Library and our other partners for making Summer Learning and its events possible.
