The Livermore Public Library and La Familia will host a free family festival to celebrate el Dìa de los Niños. Free books for children, crafts and games.  The library will host Lotería where children may win books.  Free paletas will be available. Musical performers Los Panaderos as well as a hands-on giant bubble station for children. No registration is required.
