The Library Board is an advisory group which recommends policy to the City Council. The Board helps set goals and objectives for the Library services and programs. For information on applying for vacancies on this commission, please contact the City Clerk's Office at (925) 960-4200.

Meeting locations will be determined in accordance with current State and Local orders related to the COVID-19 pandemic. The location will be published on the agenda not less than 72 hours prior to regular meetings and 24 hours prior to special meetings.
